My wife and I needed a vehicle with space for our growing family. We initially came for a 2016 Dodge Caravan but ended up leaving with a 2020 Dodge Caravan. Our sales man Jonathan was dope, he was a new salesman at the time but he did all he could and more to help us learn about the car (don’t let his youth fool y’all). He made buying my very first car from a dealership stressless. Even the manager came to help lower the price of the van.
They also had this really useful payment plan where we only had to pay after the first three months (no interest increase or price increase)
All in all I have 0 complaints, especially since I did research on many cars before I got here and they never tried to upsell me or use any sales tricks to manipulate our decision (I’m a former salesman myself so I 100% expected them to but they didn’t). They did nothing but be honest and fair with their service (honestly they did way more than they needed to for my family) I absolutely recommend Bravo if you’re looking to buy a vehicle.
